Essential
Responsibilities:
n
- n
- Coordinates and oversees all aspects of nursing activities for assigned clients.n
- Promotes, advocates for, and strives to protect the health, safety, and rights of the client.n
- Assume nursing case management responsibilities for designated clients.n
- Adherence to Rosecrance Medication Management Plan including medication identification, procurement, storage, education, administration and monitoring.n

Job Requirements:
n
- n
- A current Illinois RN or LPN license
- n
- Adequate written skills to accurately complete required documentation within the time frames prescribed
- n
- Current BLS CPR certification
- n
n
Schedule:
10 hour shifts

- Day shift, 7:
00am - 5:
30pm - n
- Sunday-Wednesday

Salary:
